Body Building

Are you interested in exercising, reducing weight or body building?
A couple of weeks ago I went to my doctor for controling my f...ing Diabetes. He told me that I have to lose weight and I have to go to a sport club for exercising (outdoor is impossible now with the very cold weather). So, I checked every available club in town. They were damn expensive and I couldn't afford them. Then I found out that there is a club in the hospital too and it is just for those who work or study in here. I thought that it must be one of those clubs with a couple of dambles in a small room, but who cares, lets check that. When I went there I said just WOW! They had a very large hall with lots of machines and dambles and everything, and I with my special stupidity! just ignored that. And the membership price was just like nothing. So, I joined the club and really decided to do some exercises.
Here is a link to a fantastic site with even clips and guides for individual muscle training for body building. One of my firends, E. here just sent me the link.

At 76 by 127 by 19 millimetres (5 x 3 x 3/4 inches), the MCC is not much bigger than a deck of cards. This core unit can then either be slotted into a docking station to be used with a screen and keyboard as a desktop computer, or into small portable "shell" with a touch-sensitive screen, turning it into a handheld computer.

I found an interesting article about reporting an Unidentified Flying Object over Tehran in many years ago. It was interesting. Read the report.
